Oversees corporate governance, GST and ROC compliance, statutory filings, banking, and administrative operations — the structural foundation that keeps CloudServe Digital running. Getting the legal and financial base right from day one matters as much as the product itself.
What is CloudServe Digital?
CloudServe Digital (legally part of RAMSIO CLOUDSERVE INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED) is the enterprise cloud solutions and digital transformation division, incorporated October 27, 2025, and headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We are building IndianMetropolis and Vernacia — two enterprise platforms for India’s B2B economy, invitations open Q3 2026, public launch Q3 2026. Full product details are on our products page.
We are bootstrapped and founder-led — no outside investors, no growth-at-all-costs pressure. We build to production standards, answer to our users, and ship when it is ready.
